Pamela Anderson has been ditching her pants in an unbuttoned shirt to keep Instagram COVID-safe. The 53-year-old model and “Baywatch” actress proved she can mask up like the rest of us over the weekend, with a photo shared with her 1.1 million followers accompanied by a #wearamask. Pamela, who has largely steered clear of mentioning the global pandemic on her social media, extended good vibes, long legs, and a reminder that bombshells don’t come with a shelf life. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photo. It comes as Pamela continues to break away from black-and-white-only snaps – color has been manifesting more on the Canadian-born star’s Instagram, with this snap following suit.
The photo showed Pamela seated on hardwood floors and pared-down. The mom of two, with her legs diagonally folded and wearing only a light blue Oxford shirt with rolled-up sleeves and a few undone buttons, also sported a snazzy print face mask. The simple finish also came with blonde locks worn down and French-manicured nails.
Pamela, who is a PETA spokesperson and a vegan, shouted out 1998-founded Return To Freedom organization – the wild horse conservation protects the “freedom, habitat, and diversity of America’s wild horses and burros,” per its IG.
“@returntofreedom #wearamask #savewildhorses (rtfmasks.com),” Pamela wrote.
Over 40,000 likes sent Pamela the thumbs-up, but the comments section is, as usual, sparsely-filled, with Anderson having comments heavily limited. The post follows a headline-making bathroom one as Pamela cheekily tugged down her tie-dye sweatpants while enjoying a “lazy Friday.”
Pamela is fresh from speaking about her quarantine, even admitting that she’s gained a little weight during lock-down. In late October, the blonde bombshell appeared on U.K. morning show “Loose Women,” revealing that she’d indulged in a few too many treats, also admitting that she doesn’t use her home gym.
“I have a gym that I look at every so often. I feel a little puffy but winter is coming so I won’t feel cold,” she said. Talk then turned more serious as Pamela addressed being separated from her loved-ones.
Pamela, who shares 22-year-old Dylan and 24-year-old Brandon with rocker ex Tommy Lee, revealed that she has been able to see her eldest, but it’s been over seven months since the star has been able to see Dylan.
“I miss my sons terribly and there are times I want to get into my car and just drive to them, there are frantic moments where I just want to see them,” she continued, adding:
“There is an epidemic of loneliness, a lack of intimacy with technology, we have to embrace what’s happening now instead of the past, human contact is very important and we need to keep in touch.”
