The comedienne got candid about how she felt about the breakup and shared insight into what might have caused it.

Haddish recently appeared on an episode of "Hollywood Unlocked Uncensored with Jason Lee," where she expressed disappointment in what Common said about their relationship.

Common had appeared on the same podcast earlier this month to discuss their failed relationship. The "Just Wright" actor revealed that he and Haddish's relationship broke down due to their different and busy schedules, nothing more.

However, the "Girls Trip" actress countered Common's claims when host Jason Lee asked if it was true.

She insinuated that the rapper was the common denominator in his previous high-profile relationships with A-listers like Serena Williams, Erykah Badu, and Taraji P. Henson. Expanding on the topic, Haddish said:

He might be the type of person that never really settles with somebody, maybe he’s like, you know, like a bee going from flower to flower to flower. I don’t know. I wish him nothing but joy and happiness, you know.

Haddish noted that she felt "very disappointed" in the "Glory" rapper because "that's not what you told me."

Despite feeling disappointed about Common's thoughts on their relationship, Haddish noted that she had nothing but love for her former lover. Getting candid about how she felt, the comedian said:

I miss him. I miss him from time to time but that’s with, I think, any intimate relationship that you might have, you miss them. But I’m fine with it. It’s cool.

The 42-year-old also addressed the breakup news, saying she had no idea it would go public so soon. She recalled that it was her publicist who told her that People Magazine had published the report.

As we previously reported, Haddish and Common said goodbye to their relationship after one year of dating. An insider revealed that the former lovebirds were too busy to keep their relationship.

"They are never in the same city together and both of them are just too busy for a serious relationship," the source said. Shortly after the breakup, Common sent heartwarming messages to his former girlfriend, who celebrated her 42nd birthday on December 3.

The rapper called Haddish a "Queen" and praised her for being "beautiful and dynamic" while celebrating her big day.
