Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Could Testify In Prince Andrew Case

Prince Andrew isn’t just dragging his name and his family through the mud with the sexual trafficking scandal that he got himself into. Although Andrew tried to deny in a very bizarre interview that he had not been involved in former friend Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual escapades his past has come back to haunt him. Andrew was hit with a lawsuit presented in the state of New York, in which Virginia Roberts Giuffre claims she was forced to have sexual intercourse with the Prince. Although Prince Andrew has once again denied the allegations the investigation is ongoing. Ultimately, it could end up involving his nephew Prince Harry & his wife Meghan Markle.

We have to be clear here, and say that even if Harry, and/or Meghan are called to testify in the trial that doesn’t mean that they are getting the finger pointed at them as potential accomplices. After all, both of them were just kids when the alleged sexual encounter between Prince Andrew and Virginia Roberts Giuffre took place. However, Roberts Giuffre’s legal team told Fox News recently that they would be interested in talking to Meghan Markle as part of the investigation. In an effort to try and find out more about Prince Andrew’s inner circle. David Boies part of Roberts Giuffre’s legal team told Fox News,

“We want to have at least a couple of depositions of people who knew Prince Andrew and were sort of members of his inner circle at various times and who might have either have knowledge themselves or have knowledge about people who would have knowledge,” He then added,

“Meghan Markle, because of her position in the family, is one of those people. And because she’s in the United States, it’s easier to take her deposition than people in the United Kingdom. She is somebody who we are considering,”

Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s legal team did not mention that Prince Harry was not an option for them. Anything that can be said on that subject is just speculation. Speculation is exactly what has started to brew up after this recent appearance on TV by David Boies. To put it simply the main consensus is that they would be looking into bringing Meghan along due to her anti-royal past. If she gets deposed and is forced to answer questions about her in-laws she may not plead the fifth. Instead she may reveal some juicy details about the family.

Although in the Oprah interview Harry showed minimal restraints when talking about his family it’s widely speculated that he doesn’t have a particularly bad relationship with his uncle the Duke of York. In fact, he has a very good relationship with his daughters Princesses Beatrice, and Eugenie. Even crashing with them when he visits the UK. Therefore, the defense team for Virginia Roberts Giuffre may not see Harry as an ideal person to help them plead their case. Whereas Meghan may be more inclined to share negative details.
