'Spider-Man' star Jacob Batalon is almost unrecognizable after the movie star decided to get in shape and lost over 100 Pounds!
The 'Spider-Man: No Way Home'star is stunning crowds as the cast appears for red carpets and promotions for the massive film. Of course, the first question out of everyone's mouth is 'How did you do it,' and the answer is simple.
The actor says he knew he had to make a change back in 2019, saying "I felt like I could barely walk upstairs without being out of breath, and this one day I kind of just saw myself without a shirt on and it was just ridiculous." Batalon gives some credit to COVID-19 and being locked down for forcing him to really start to work on his fitness. Jacob revealed he hired a trainer and started hitting the gym six days a week. The key to success -- make sure you stay for hour-and-a-half sessions!

"Even when I wasn’t doing anything physical, I found myself getting sleepy at work and it was because of all the fat food I was eating," Jacob admitted to Men's Health. Adding, "I could not believe I let myself get this far. That’s what sort of started it all."
Batalon -- who plays Peter Parker (Tom Holland)'s sidekick (Ned Leeds) in the superhero franchise -- admitted he feels fortunate to have started this journey at a time when many others are having issues. "I found a lot of light in the dark in the sense that a lot of people were suffering," he said. Adding, "And I was fortunate and lucky enough to have found my health and all those things."

"It just feels more dynamic than lifting a few weights. It also helps release a lot of anger." Fans are curious what workout methods he used to drop 112 pounds, and the actor says he turned to an oldie but goodie for his sessions. Burpee's are helping him stay fit! And...if you don't know what that is...Google it and good luck!
As we reported, Batalon isn't the only actor who lost a HUGE amount of weight -- John Goodmanstunned fans this year after dropping over 200 pounds! Earlier this month, 'The Conners' star showed off his slim physique while strolling the red carpet for 'The Freak Brothers.' Similarly, Goodman gives credit to changing his diet and getting plenty of exercise. "This time, I wanted to do it slowly. Move, exercise. I’m getting to the age where I can’t afford to sit still anymore.” Also, the comedian gave up alcohol completely as part of his program," he said.
