Mel C Says Spice Girls Have 'Plan' To Return For Another Reunion Tour

Melanie Jayne Chisholm, known professionally as Mel C, has announced the news that will please fans of Spice Girls all over the world.
Mel C, famously nicknamed Sporty Spice, says she and the other bandmates are in talks for another Spice Girls tour.
The group member detailed her plans for the tour and how she wants Victoria Beckham to be a part of the performances.
On the December 21 episode of 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show,' Mel C expressed that she remains in constant contact with Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, and Melanie Brown.
The artist confided in guest host Howie Mandel that she and the Spice Girls have been talking about regrouping again.
Mel C confirmed that they always planned to reunite after the incredible 13-date stadium shows they held in the U.K. islands in 2019.
The singer explained that they must return after touring because their amazing and loyal U.S. fans deserve their shows.
Sporty Spice Wants Victoria Beckham To Join Reunion Tour
Mel C wants the final member of the five-woman group, Beckham, to tag along for the proposed Spice Girls reunion tour.
Beckham, whose stage name is Posh Spice, was absent from the 2019 tour. Mel C noted to PEOPLE that she and the other members are trying hard to convince her.
The "Beautiful Intentions" singer said, although only four Spice Girls are on board, the last member "might be sucked into the idea at some point."
Mel C explained that the world is in turmoil, but the plan is to hold the tour when it is safe. She also mentioned a shortage of performance venues due to other artists.
Spice Girls Tribute 'Wannabe' On Its 25th Anniversary
The Spice Girls single "Wannabe" was released in 1996 from their debut album titled "Spice" and was a total hit.
This year, The Blast shared that the group members took to their official social media pages to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the song's release.

Mel C wrote on Instagram that she could not believe 25 years had flown by. She thanked fans for helping to catapult the Spice Girls' careers and sent love to her co-stars.
Bunton, known as Baby Spice, thanked the wonderful fans for making the dreams of five girls come true, for loving the songs they wrote, copying their dance numbers, and accepting their individuality.
Mel B, known as Scary Spice, noted that the anniversary was emotional. She made a 'scary' promise to her global fans that the Spice Girls would reunite soon.
Beckham tributed the anniversary on her Instagram Story, marveling how it has been two and a half decades since the life-changing single was released.
Ginger Spice, Horner posted a slideshow of memories featuring her groupmates via Instagram and penned a touching note.
In Ginger's caption, she thanked their worldwide fans for their loyalty and the Spice Girls for 25 years of wanting to be their best friend and ensuring their friendship is forever.
