Kylie Jenner has reached a settlement that will bring an end to the lawsuit accusing her of stealing designs for a lingerie line.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the company Klauber Bros have informed the judge they are dismissing all claims against Kylie.

The docs state, "PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Klauber Brothers, Inc. has reached a settlement agreement as to the claims against Defendants The Kylie Shop, Inc. and Kylie Jenner, Inc."

Klauber Bros says they need 45 days to execute the official documents and the dispute will be over.

As The Blast previously reported, back in January, Kylie and Kendall were sued by Klauber Bros, Inc, who design artwork used in the production of lace.

In their lawsuit, Klauber Bros said they produced multiple designs and obtained copyrights for each. The company claimed the sisters ripped off their work.

They took issue with a pair of thong panties produced with Klauber’s lace pattern on its waistband. They also pointed to another piece of lingerie produced by the Kendall + Kylie line, which they claim stole a second design. The company sued for all profits the sisters made from the alleged copyright infringement.

Months later, Kendall and Kylie filed their response in the case and denied all allegations of wrongdoing. The reality star's response stated, "Defendants deny any copying, deny substantial similarity and deny that they have engaged in any copyright infringement, either directly or vicariously. Defendants otherwise lack knowledge or information sufficient to form a belief about the truth of the allegations and, on that basis, deny them.”

Further, Kylie and Kendall accused the company of not having valid copyrights to even bring the lawsuit. They originally asked the court to dismiss all claims against them.

The settlement notes the lawsuit will still be moving forward against the other defendants involved. Kylie was able to hash out a deal days before having to attend mediation in the matter.

Kylie is still involved in another legal battle brought by her brother Rob Kardashian's ex, Blac Chyna.

In the lawsuit, Chyna accuses Rob and his family of conspiring against her to have her reality show "Rob & Chyna" canceled. She claims they told E! executives lies about her in an effort to convince them to terminate her contract.

Chyna is suing Rob, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner. The Kardashians deny all allegations of wrongdoing and have demanded the case be thrown out. Chyna is seeking millions in damages. She believes they cost her a ton of money from lost endorsement due to them ruining her good name.

The judge has allowed the case to move forward. The parties will soon be heading to trial. Chyna is also still fighting Rob over custody of their daughter Dream.
