Another celebrity death has rocked the entertainment industry.
Rapper Drakeo the Ruler was fatally stabbed backstage at the Once Upon a Time festival concert, according to TMZ.
Drakeo the Ruler was one of over a dozen performers that were supposed to attend the all-day event headlined by Snoop Dogg on Saturday at Exposition Park in Los Angeles.

According to officials, Drakeo was backstage when a fight broke out around 8:30 PM on Saturday. During the scuffle, someone was stabbed. The Los Angeles Police Department, California Highway Patrol, and the fire department arrived at the scene and Drakeo was rushed to a hospital.
However, multiple sources indicate that Drakeo passed away from his injuries. It is not clear at this time if he passed away at the hospital or while he was being transported there.
Rumors are swirling that Drakeo the Ruler was stabbed in the neck, but sources have not been able to verify those reports at this time.
Authorities are currently investigating his death and plan to interview all artists who attended the event, as well as their entourages, who might have also been backstage when the fight broke out.
Unfortunately for fans, concert organizers shut down the concert after the stabbing, which meant that fans did not actually get to see Snoop Dogg or 50 Cent perform on stage.

Many fans expressed thoughts and prayers for the late L.A. rapper, while others expressed concern for the recent outbreak of violence at festivals. Other fans questioned where security was when the fight broke out and why they were not backstage to stop the violence from escalating.
“What is going on at these festivals?” one fan asked while sharing a video of a fight taking place between two people in the middle of a crowd. It is unclear if the footage was recorded from last night or if it is from a different event.
“People need to understand that Life is not a mf game,” another wrote. “He can’t just spawn himself back to life once’s be gone. This is not the mf matrix. Smh.”
“WTF,” another wrote. “The universe is sending us a signal. This is the time to reset. The anger and hostility devouring our lives is not the energy we want in our world. Sending this world peace light and love.”

At this time, it does not look like any arrests have been made as authorities continue with their investigation.
