Billie Eilish recently revealed that she battled COVID-19, in August. This is after testing positive for a breakthrough case of the virus.
Billie appeared on the Howard Stern Show, and went on to credit taking the COVID-19, for her still being here today. That came after being sick for two months.
Billie Believes She Would've Lost Her Life If Not For The Vaccine
Billie discussed her COVID situation with Stern on Monday, and emphasized how severe the situation was. The "Happier Than Ever" singer believes that if not for the vaccines being available, she could've died. Side effects of the virus are also things that she currently still deals with.
"I didn't die, and I wasn't gonna die, but that does not take away from how miserable it was. It was terrible. "I still have side effects. I was sick for, like, two months almost.
"I think if I weren't vaccinated, I would have, like, died, because it was bad … When I say it was bad, I more just mean that it felt horrible. But really, in the scheme of COVID, it was not bad. You know what I mean? When you're sick, you feel f---ing horrible."
Billie Appeared On 'SNL' Last Weekend
Billie updating fans about what she had to go through with COVID also comes after a recent hosting and music guest performance on "Saturday Night Live." Fans loved the scenes of her dressing up as Mrs. Claus for the opening monologue, as well as the topic of her wearing baggy clothes.
"Some people wonder why I started wearing baggy clothes. There was actually a good reason. So it wasn't just for comfort, or for style. This is hard to say for me, but the real reason I wore big oversized clothes back then is, I was actually two kids stacked on top of each other trying to sneak into an R-rated movie."

Billie Released New Album This Year
In addition to Billie's huge collaborations with shows such as SNL, she also won big with her music. She put out her sophomore album "Happier Than Ever" in July, as it went on to be her second straight number one album.
Happier Than Ever was led by hit singles such as "My Future," "Therefore I Am," "Your Power," and "Happier Than Ever." The album was initially announced in late April as anticipation grew for months.
Billie will also be venturing on her "Happier Than Ever Tour" in 2022. The shows will kick off on February 3 in New Orleans, and conclude on July 2 in Zurich, CH. Guest artists include Willow, Duckwrth, Jessie Reyez, Jungle, Arlo Parks, and Girl In Red.
Billie also saw massive success with her first tour back in 2019, which was the "When We All Fall Asleep Tour." This came after dominating that year with the debut album "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We All Go?"
