Aaron Carter Greets Twin Sister A Happy Birthday: 'I Still Love You'

Aaron Carter gave a shoutout to his twin sister on social media!

Today, the singer, who turned 34 last Tuesday, shared a sweet birthday tribute to Angel on Instagram. He also added a slideshow of their pictures from when they were babies up until recent times.

"I just wanna say happy birthday to my twin sister despite everything that we’ve been through I still love you after all of that," Aaron wrote in the caption.

He continued, "I Hope you have a merry Christmas and I hope your birthday was amazing God bless you xo #Twins let’s let the water flow under the bridge."

The "I Want Candy" hitmaker added, "Time heals everything."

The siblings have not been on good terms over the last few years. In September 2019, Angel and their brother Nick, 41, had a domestic violence restraining order against Aaron. It prohibited him from coming into contact with his family, as reported by E! News.

Nick and Angel claimed that their brother threatened them and their families, and in November of the same year, the siblings asked the court to extend the restraining order.

Fast forward to last month, the "Popstar" actor broke up with his baby mama Melanie Martin, 29, for communicating with Angel behind his back.

“Due to personal reason Melanie Martin and I have decided to go our separate ways," Aaron tweeted. "There has been a very big lie and my sister communicating w my ex fiancé ruined everything considering she knew what angel tried to do to me in court thanks angel you ruined my family. God bless."

Aaron also posted a PDF he got from Angel two years ago, which contained her letter to the singer, listing all the alleged wrongdoings he did in the past.

“I know it’s devastating but what she’s done is unforgivable she knew my boundaries and especially not to speak to a certain half of my family that tried to depict me as a crazy psychotic human being and a pedophile and that’s who she was speaking to my twin sister who told my bro," he wrote in another tweet.

The "House of Carters" alum added, “I’ve never felt more devastated and betrayed and lied to in my entire life this is such a horrible situation considering prince doesn’t deserve any of this and now it’s my job to just be a single father and that’s what’s gonna happen.”

Less than a week later, Aaron reunited with Melanie and their newborn son Prince.

"@missmelaniemartin I love you for giving me the greatest gift. You are an amazing woman l, my everything I am so grateful for you my darling. #fatherhood #NewParents," he wrote.

The new dad added, "thank you to everyone who has been supportive. Relationships aren’t easy but we love, cherish and adore our son. #GodBless Xo.”

On his birthday, Aaron went on the photo-sharing site again and thanked his fans for all the warm greetings, adding a special message to his family:

"I love you mom I love you dad I love my whole family regardless of anything that’s happened and every day I want to be a better version of myself Xoxo."
