Stevie J And Faith Evans May Spend Holidays Together Amid Nasty Divorce Battle

Fans taking sides in the rollercoaster divorce battle between Stevie Aaron Jordan, known Professionally as Stevie J, and his wife Faith Evans suffer from persistent whiplash.

Even though Stevie J filed for a divorce from his partner in November, the two were seen frolicking about on a beach trip.

As if that was not confusing enough, it seems that the soon-to-be-divorced couple plan to spend the coming holidays together.

Evans recently confirmed to ET that she would have Stevie J in her company this Christmas, even though he filed for dissolution of marriage. 

The "Girls Trip" actress said her estranged partner came in and handed her a glass of champagne, probably in a show of good faith.

The "Soon as I Get Home" star affirmed that she is now "pretty sure he will be here for the holidays."

Evans also praised the Grammy-winning producer for supporting her journey on "The Masked Singer," shown on Fox every Wednesday.

With Stevie J's support of the singer's musical endeavors, not to mention her confirmation of his incoming presence at her holiday celebration, these two continue to give the public mixed signals.

Following Stevie J's divorce filing at a Los Angeles County Superior Court on November 8, he requested that Evans pay him spousal support.

The Blast obtained recent legal documents which show that the "You Used To Love Me" singer requested that the court terminate any chance of awarding the DJ such fees.

The documents did not state an existing prenup between the former couple, but Evans asks that all her assets be in her possession post-divorce.

Stevie J's spousal support request comes off as absurd to some people because there is no child between the two parties.

It came as no surprise that the former Bad Boy Records musicians would press pause on their love life when an appalling altercation video involving them leaked online.

The Blast shared that the clip was uploaded by an Instagram user named Tasha K and showed the two almost getting physical.

An agitated Stevie J barged into a bedroom where Evans attempted to nap in the upload. Shortly after, a quarrel began, and the soon-to-be ex-wife expressed her hatred for him.

The "Tears of Joy" singer asked her partner for space while he continued sticking a camera in her face and shouting profanities which she tossed back to him.

The former "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" personality accused Evans of cheating on him in their marital home, but she avoided the question by covering herself with a blanket. 

Stevie J asked if his wife was pleased, perhaps with the divorce that was in motion or her alleged affair, and she replied with a devastating, "Umm-hmm."

Evans attempted to cool the tension by avoiding her husband as she lay down, but he began touching her, though she yelled at him to grow up and leave her alone.

This tense clip turned off many viewers who hoped that the stars would go separate ways. Instead, the pair were seen having the time of their lives at a beach afterward.
