Ariana Grande has crossed a line that fans cannot overlook!
As reported by Baller Alert, the sensational singer began trending after sharing pictures from a photoshoot that fans have deemed racially inappropriate.
The now-deleted post infuriated several people who believed the Grammy winner intentionally altered her appearance to bait the Asian community.
Ariana Grande's "AsianFishing" Photoshoot
Although the "7 Rings" artist took down the offensive pictures, screenshots of the images flooded social media platforms. The snaps captured the 28-year-old dressed in an oversized suit paired with black stockings and heels.
The "VICTORiOUS" star wore minimal makeup consisting of bold red lipstick and a winged eyeliner while her black hair was slicked back and held in place with a white ribbon.
A second ribbon was tied around the TV personality's neck, and the overall look gave off an Asain schoolgirl vibe.
Whether or not Grande aimed to look Asian is uncertain, but fans believed otherwise as they lashed out at the "Side to Side" singer on Twitter

One fan boldly questioned the musician's actions by writing, "ariana grande think she asian now"[sic]. At the same time, another Twitter user argued that "The Voice" judge had a habit of changing her look along with the latest trend like the Kardashians' black phase in 2016.
More people agreed with this theory as a fan pointed out that the pop star was tired of acting Hispanic and wanted to be Asian.
Adding fuel to the fire, a Twitter user shared throwback pictures of the "Sam & Cat" star and compared her various looks from 2010, 2019, and 2021. The fan wrote,
"Damn ariana grande collects races like infinity stones… was dressing up as black and latina not enough, now she's gonna try on being asian?"
The 9-time MTV Video Music Award winner has disappointed several fans with this post, but not everyone hated it. The famous transracial Korean Oil London proudly praised the singer's Asian look.
The TikTok star welcomed Grande to the "Transracial club" and requested they become the King and Queen of Korea. The "34+35" singer has not responded to the ongoing backlash.
The "Thank U, Next" Singer Is Transitioning Into An Hollywood Star
As a critically-acclaimed singer and former Nickelodeon star, Grande has won the hearts of millions with her incredible performances, and now, the 28-year-old is joining the big leagues.
Last month, The Blast shared the exciting news of a possible Oscar nomination for the pop star's contribution to Adam McKay's new movie, "Don't Look Up."
The "REM Beauty" founder joined Hollywood's biggest entertainers, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, and Meryl Streep.
Although the "Positions" singer had a minor role in the film, she was up for a possible Oscar nomination for the movie's soundtrack. The track was co-written by Grande, Kid Cudi, and Taura Stinson.
During a Q&A session at the Harmony Gold Theater, McKay praised the writers, especially the "Scream Queens" actress, for the fantastic masterpiece.
He also stated that his favorite part was the Grammy winner's scene. Another person impressed with the singer was JLaw, who "freaked out" after meeting the pop icon.
