'RHOBH' Star PK Kemsley Arrested For DUI After ONE Glass Of Wine!

'RHOBH' star Paul 'PK' Kemsley was arrested for DUI, but during the reality star's breathalyzer test he only blew .01 over the legal limit!

The 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills'star was reportedly busted on November 23, 2021, for driving under the influence after leaving a business dinner in Los Angeles. According to reports, the 54-year-old husband of Dorit Kemsley was pulled over while driving on the 101 freeway near Laurel Canyon. At the time, officers questioned the reality star about drinking, and he admitted to having wine.

The California Highway Patrol reportedly administered a roadside breathalyzer test, and he blew a BAC of .081. To be clear, the legal limit in California is .80. So, Kemsley was a measly .01 above the limit -- resulting in him being taken to the police department in Van Nuys.

Shockingly, the reality star was driven to the police station where he promptly blew a .073 BAC, which is below the limit. The 'RHOBH' star's lawyer confirmed the arrest and issued a statement regarding the situation. "PK was arrested and cited on November 23 on suspicion of DUI. While out with a business colleague, PK consumed a glass of wine with dinner," Alan Jackson told DailyMail. 

He continued, "Following a traffic stop, it was determined that he may have been close to the legal limit," the lawyer explained. "He regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening." Adding, "PK takes the allegations extremely seriously and fully cooperated with the authorities," he added, noting that "this would mark the first and only such incident in PK's long driving history. He has learned a valuable lesson."

At this point, the case will be turned over to the City Attorney's Office in Los Angeles for possible DUI charges. In this case, it's possible PK doesn't get charged with a crime, considering the amount was so low. Plus, as they always say...if you have one glass of wine -- as long as you wait one hour -- you can drive. It's unclear how long it was between drinking the wine and PK driving his vehicle.

The arrest comes just days after Kemsely's wife, Dorit, was robbed at gunpoint inside the couple's Encino home. On October 28, the RHOBH claims she was asleep when three unknown men broke into the house by smashing in one of the windows. Dorit confronted the men and they threatened to "kill her" while ransacking the place for almost half an hour. "Don't hurt my babies. Don't kill me. I'm a mother," she allegedly begged during the ordeal.

Luckily, the reality star was spared and the burglars didn't ever enter her children's bedrooms. The criminals made off with her high-end handbags and expensive jewelry.

The 'Real Housewives' star filed a police report following the incident, as her husband was away in London, England on business.

The case is still under investigation.
