Prince Harry and Meghan Markle quit the Royal Family in spectacular fashion at the begging of 2020. Now, almost a couple of years removed from their decision the still Duke and Duchess of Sussex don't seem to regret it one bit. In fact, Harry is doubling down and advising folks to quit their jobs if they're not happy. Which, in fairness to Harry may not be the worst advice that he's given out since he left the royals. That being said, regular folks may not have as smooth of a transition as he has had. Looking at those numbers it does seem that what Harry is suggesting isn't that farfetched. People are actually already doing it. Harry mentioned on this trend of people quitting their jobs in a recent interview,

Although Harry is essentially telling folks to quit their jobs if they're not happy he's not giving out advice on speaking out against your former employer. He hasn't necessarily excelled in that department. Although it's pretty clear that Harry won't return to work as a full time royal his problem is obviously that his former employers are also his family members. Certainly he's made family gatherings rather awkward for himself. The good thing for he and Meghan Markle is that they won't be seeing the royals soon. With the couple potentially not booking a trip to the UK until the summer of 2022!
