Kaley Cuoco gets candid about her life after splitting from husband Karl Cook.
The “Big Bang Theory” star turned 36 on Tuesday, November 30, and she celebrated her special day by spending time at the stables with her horse. While she’s supposed to feel happy, she got candid about her mental health.

“Sometimes it’s okay to not feel totally okay. Even on ur bday,” Cuoco wrote in a since-expired Instagram Story.
The “Wedding Ringer” star was feeling emotional on her birthday, possibly from spending it without her man, whom she broke up with three months ago.
However, she focused on the positive by saying she has “the greatest fam and friends there ever was.”

Cuoco added a photo of herself, which was obtained by E! News, wearing a black shirt and a navy blue Ralph Lauren cap. She accessorized with a pair of sunglasses and a few necklaces while standing next to her horse in the stable.
“A quick stop by the barn for some magical pony kisses always helps,” she wrote.
For some ultimate fun, Cuoco took a trip to Disneyland to celebrate her and her sister Briana Cuoco’s birthday, who turned 33 on November 29. She reshared some pics from their adventure to her Stories.
Married For Three Years

Cuoco and Cook tied the knot in June 2018 in a ceremony at a horse stable near San Diego, California.
In June this year, the former couple celebrated their third wedding anniversary. According to People, they both posted on their respective Instagram accounts to commemorate the milestone.
“NY, June 30th, 2016 is the year we met,” she captioned in a now-deleted post. “2 years to the day before we got married and now 3 years married! Why have you stayed married to me for so long?! I’m sincerely impressed @mrtankcook lol I love you oh so much you have no idea…happy anniversary!!!”
Cook agreed as she wrote, “I agree @kaleycuoco I am just as amazed it’s been three years, feel like just a flash.” Adding, “I love you so much and I can’t wait for a million more years!!”
Sharing A Dog

In July, the pair welcomed a dog named Larry. She posted photos of their furry friend on social media, including a selfie with Cook.
“When you know you know! Welcome to the family , Larry! He’s a 9 year old ginormous mastiff chunk mutt of love and we are obsessed,” Cuoco captioned the post. “Thank you @pawsforlifek9 & @rita_earl_blackwell for the perfect addition to our lives. #seniorsunday #adoptdontshop #rescuedog 🤩😍💗❤️(also thank you to his previous fosters for taking amazing care of him!).”

Just two months after, they announced their split in a joint statement.
“Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions,” they told People. “We have both shared so much of our journey publicly so while we would prefer to keep this aspect of our personal life private, we wanted to be forthcoming in our truth together. There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary.”
The statement continued, “We have made this decision together through an immense amount of respect and consideration for one another and request that you do the same in understanding that we will not be sharing any additional details or commenting further.”
