The Royal Family has released an official statement regarding which family member commented on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son’s skin tone.

A new royal book is claiming to know which royal family member expressed concern over Archie’s skin tone.

Journalist and author Christopher Andersen alleges it was Prince Charles who made the blasphemous statement in his new book, “Brothers And Wives: Inside The Private Lives of William, Kate, Harry And Meghan.”

Andersen claims the conversation happened between Charles and his wife Camilla.

A quick recap about how we got here!

Back in March, Harry and Meghan sat down for their bombshell tell-all interview about why they left the Royal Family.

A major decision to part ways with the family was due to a comment made about their future child’s skin color.

Meghan is mixed-race. Her mother, Doria Ragland, is African-American, while her father, Thomas Markle, is Dutch-Irish.

Andersen writes the interaction between Charles and Camilla happened in 2017 after Harry and Meghan announced their engagement.

According to the book, Prince Charles reportedly asked his wife, “I wonder what the children will look like?”

Camilla was “somewhat taken aback” by the question and apparently responded to him with, “Well, absolutely gorgeous, I’m certain.”

He then responded, “I mean, what do you think their children’s complexion might be?”

Now, a spokesperson for the palace is speaking out and slamming the author’s claims.

In a short and concise statement, the palace said, “This is fiction and not worth further comment.”

Out of protection for his family, Harry declined to comment on which family member made the comment during his sit-down with Oprah.

The veteran talk-show host did find out who did NOT make the comments.

Following the interview, Oprah stopped by BFF Gayle King’s “CBS This Morning,” to discuss the interview.

Oprah said, “He did not share the identity with me, but he wanted to make sure I knew and if I had the opportunity to share it that it was not his grandmother Queen Elizabeth nor his grandfather Prince Philip that were a part of those conversations.”

Other fans of the royal couple believed it could have also been his older brother, Prince William.

When asked about racism within the Royal Family, William doubled down saying the Royals are “not a racist family.”

William was asked by a reporter from Sky News, “Just let me know, is the royal family racist, sir?”

The Duke of Cambridge responded, “We are very much not a racist family.”
