Chelsea Handler Reacts To Kate Beckinsale's Hilarious Video Of Her Cat

Kate Beckinsale took to Instagram on Thanksgiving to post a video featuring herself and her cat, Clive. The 48-year-old actress dressed her furry companion as a carrot for the special holiday. See it below!

The adorable kitty sported an orange hoodie with a green, crown-like decor on top of his head. Beckinsale, meanwhile, wore a black sleeveless garment with a white tank top underneath. She styled her highlighted locks in soft, romantic curls and parted in the center. The long strands fell over her shoulders, framing her face.

Clive sat comfortably on a plush rug with chevron lines, laid on top of the white couch, while the "Underworld" star posed beside him. Both were facing the camera, with the cat looking less thrilled than his owner. Beckinsale gazed at the lens and smiled before she turned to Clive, hugging him tightly. The ever-patient cat appeared unamused but didn't even try to get away from her grasp.

"Happy thanksgiving , pumpkins ?????" Beckinsale wrote in the caption.

As of this writing, the clip racked up over 845,000 views. It also earned more than 160,000 likes and thousands of comments. The hilarious video also earned plenty of reactions from her viewers, including comedian Chelsea Handler, who wrote, "I wonder if this cat will ever press charges."

Handler's comment alone earned over 500 likes and dozens of notes.

Beckinsale is notorious for posting a lot of cat content on social media. In an interview, she revealed that she got Clive many, many years ago.

“We got him when my daughter was little. And he usually is shaved into an odd shape, but he’s a recent cancer survivor. So, he will have all his old fur,” she told People.

She also shared that "Clive’s favorite things in the world are suitcases and boxes and bags, if you bring home a pair of sneakers or take out bag, he’s immediately inside it."

She added, “So we got him this suitcase bed, and he loves it so much.”
