While Ansel didn't share anything on social media, his girlfriend Violetta Komyshan, 25, appeared to have spent the holidays with him and his family. The ballet dancer posted a video to her Instagram Stories, showing a little girl drawing on a table -- and she looked like Sophie's 3-year-old daughter Stella.

The "Goldfinch" actor has denied the sexual assault claims last year and has shared his side of the story in a now-deleted Instagram post.

"I cannot claim to understand Gabby’s feelings but her description of events is simply not what happened. I have never and would never assault anyone," Ansel wrote in a note as seen on EW.

He continued, “What is true is that in New York in 2014, when I was 20, Gabby and I had a brief, legal, and entirely consensual relationship. Unfortunately, I did not handle the breakup well. I stopped responding to her, which is an immature and cruel thing to do to someone. I know this belated apology does not absolve me of my unacceptable behavior when I disappeared," and added, “As I look back at my attitude, I am disgusted and deeply ashamed of the way I acted. I am truly sorry. I know I must continue to reflect, learn, and work to grow in empathy.”

Ansel was last recently spotted at the 2021 American Music Awards, which was his first major appearance in almost two years, as per Just Jared. While there, he went on stage to present a clip from his new film "West Side Story" on November 21 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The actor was joined by his co-star Rachel Zegler, and together, they presented an award to Machine Gun Kelly.

After the allegations, Ansel deactivated his Instagram account. In September, he reactivated it again and shared his upcoming movies' trailer, alongside a heartfelt caption.
