Khloé Kardashian, like other celebrities, enjoys sharing a variety of pictures on Instagram; however, one particular image has gotten the TV personality in trouble.
The mother-of-one faces a lawsuit for uploading a picture of her friend and model Bella Hadid rocking her signature clothing brand, Good American.
In Touch Weekly recently shared the shocking news after the news outlet confirmed that Alo Photography had a bone to pick with the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" alum.
Khloé Kardashian Is Facing The Heat For A 2017 Instagram Post
The "Revenge Body" star is being sued three years after sharing a photo of Hadid in a Good American ensemble consisting of a leather jacket and a pair of ripped jeans.
Although the image has since been removed from Kardashian's account, the plaintiff argued that the reality TV star allegedly committed the crime of "copyright infringement."
Alo Photography claimed they owned the rights to the image the 37-year-old uploaded, and they were not rightfully compensated for the profits gained with the promotional post.
The offended party believed the infringement boosted the amount of traffic on the defendant's Instagram account, which in turn caused an increase in Good American's product sales.
The plaintiff wanted justice for the crime done against their business with monetary compensation from the earnings gained through the 2017 infringement.
They also filed for an injunction to stop the future use of any of their pictures on the fashion line's social media platforms. At the time, the defendant has not responded to this lawsuit.
The Reality TV Star Doesn't Spare The Rod When It Comes To Haters
The Blast previously reported that the "Kourtney And Khloé Take Miami" star wasn't a fan of people criticizing her abilities to be a good mother.
The TV personality opened up about the unpleasant situation during an interview with Cosmopolitan UK. During their chat, the mother-of-one made it clear that she was done with the haters.

The 37-year-old confessed that people gave "unsolicited comments" about how she raised her daughter, True, and these criticisms made it harder for the mother-of-one to share special moments on social media.
The "Strong Looks Better Naked" author stated that she didn't want negative energy near her daughter, but the media personality has realized that people would talk no matter what she did.
The "Kocktails With Khloé" Host Faced Backlash For Her Instagram Post Amid The Astroworld Incident
Earlier in November, The Blast got candid about the aftermath of Khloé's stunning pictures in the wake of Travis Scott's Astroworld tragedy.
The former host of "The X Factor" was brutally bashed by fans for uploading post quarantine glow-up images on Instagram at the worst possible timing.
The sexy photos of the reality TV star in a long-sleeved bodycon suit came just a few days after the "SICKO MODE" rapper's concert caused the death of 8 people and several injured parties.
Although most people happily flooded the post with over 500,000 likes and sweet comments, a few fans were disappointed in the 37-year-old as they tagged her as "uncaring."
