Camila Cabello returns to Instagram!
The singer, 24, took to the photo-sharing app today to share a series of photos in just less than 48 hours after she announced her split from boyfriend Shawn Mendes, 23, and she seemed to be embracing change following the breakup. Scroll down to see the snaps.
Solo Moments
In the first slide, Cabello, who was wearing a yellow shirt, took a selfie with multiple emojis, checkered sunglasses, and a zooming filter that blurred out the sides of her face. The second image showed a glimpse of her sexy metallic outfit that offered less coverage, exposing a hint of her flat tummy.
A swipe to the right featured the "Señorita" hitmaker holding a glass of wine with her mom, Sinuhe Estrabao. Cabello, who appeared makeup-free, playfully stuck her tongue out for the camera. In the next upload, she took a photo of a table filled with food, coffee, and her Maya Angelou book. The fifth pic featured fall leaves, while the last one was Cabello's selfie. She was dressed for comfort in a plain yellow shirt and brown teddy jacket.
In the caption, Cabello simply wrote, "big fat dump."

The Split
Cabello and Mendes broke the news on social media on Wednesday, November 17, that they were parting ways after two years of dating. The former couple seemed to be on good terms when they shared matching statements to their respective Instagram Stories.
"Hey guys, we've decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever," the statement read. "We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends."
According to an insider close to the former Fifth Harmony member, Mendes "initiated the conversation" about the split last week. The same source revealed that the "Cinderella" star was "very upset over the split," but she "agreed" it was for the best.
"It was really hard for a few days, but she has been spending a lot of time with friends and keeping busy," the source told E! News. "She has a huge support system and is feeling renewed now."
Despite the split, the insider said Cabello and Mendes are "still in communication and want to be friends," adding that it "was not a bad breakup at all."
The main reason was that their "relationship was getting stale and complacent, and they decided they are better off being friends."
