What Does Rosario Dawson Eat In A Day?

Like many celebrities, Dawson, 42, subscribes to a plant-focused diet. She likes to eat vegetables that are in season to change up her meals every few months.

In the summer, Dawson likes to grab some overnight oats. In the winter, she turns to a bowl of warm oatmeal or the ever-popular avocado toast to start her day off with plenty of fiber from healthy carbs.

Dawson loves vegetables and will either cook up a tasty stir-fry or create a big salad for lunch with whatever ingredients she has on hand.

Her dinner looks similar to lunch, but she is admittedly a big fan of noodles, especially ramen. She loves a punch of flavor in her food and admitted that she uses "a lot of ginger" in her cooking. She added that she likes to "put turmeric in everything" too.
