Delilah Hamlin Says COVID-19 Vaccine 'Caused An Autoimmune Response To My Body'

Delilah Hamlin just shared shocking details about her health!

The 23-year-old daughter of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Rinna and actor Harry Hamlin took to Instagram and shared her "scary" health experiences. According to her, they all occurred after getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

Delilah recorded a video of herself talking about her story, accompanied by her dog, who was snoring loudly in the background.

"This is gonna be heavy. All right, I'm just gonna start. I'm gonna start telling my story. My dog snoring by the way, and like, that's just going to be what it's going to be. Okay? It's just going to be it's going to be," she said as she started recording.

"Okay, so I'm just gonna start talking. So this is scary to do because I was actually asked not to tell my story by someone close to me," she continued. "So basically in the beginning of the year, I want to say, February and March is when I got my COVID 19 vaccine. And in no way am I saying I'm an anti-Vaxxer because I'm totally not. I just didn't know enough about it. No one did."

"I didn't really notice anything after the first vaccine, but I'm just kind of hurt, you know, whatever. And then after the second vaccine, I was sick for like 36 hours. I felt like my bones are breaking but like, whatever. I was like, Okay, fine. That's, that's the worst part," she explained. "But basically, the day before I got my second vaccine, I just flew back from London to get my second vaccine because they weren't doing the Maderna [sic] in London, so I had to fly back, and then I was gonna fly right back to London. But so March 16, I flew, and keep in mind I flew for 11.... 11 hours."

Delilah then detailed how her panic attack started.

"I just remember getting home ordering sushi. I was home alone. And I just this panic attack came over me, and I hadn't felt a panic attack like this since I was probably 11. Actually, I had probably never felt something like this before," she said. "So it was pretty alarming. I was all alone. I didn't want to call my parents, didn't call my friends because I was, like, embarrassed. And I don't want any. My parents wouldn't drive down to my house. So I called my housekeeper, actually, and she came and stayed with me and helped me, but anyways that's when everything kind of started -- March 16 of 2021."

Delilah said she "didn't realize that the vaccine would cause an autoimmune response to my body that basically flared up and triggered certain autoimmune diseases that I didn't know I had."

Amelia Hamlin's sister then revealed the autoimmune diseases that she had.

"I started getting really sick, start feeling really sick. I started feeling like I had the flu the whole time. I was getting migraines, I was having panic attacks. Like, I've never, I would never wish those panic attacks on even my like, worst enemy. I mean, it was like, my body was in constant fight or flight. It was horrible," Delilah recalled.

"So I went to all these specialists and tried to find all these doctors and I guess, when I was younger -- when I was 11, I was diagnosed with something called PANDAS, which is a panic OCD, a neurological disorder that's kind of known to be caused by strep infections. So, anyways, I did a test and I was positive for PANDAS again. So like they diagnosed me for PANDAS. And that to me, that was weird, because there's not a lot of research around PANDAS. But typically, the doctors that do deal with pandas think it's just in younger, younger kids," she continued. "So that was shocking. And that was when the OCD hit. And that was when the panic attacks hit really hard. The OCD manifested into a contamination fear so I don't eat meat."

Delilah also shared that the fear caused her to lose a lot of weight. She then shared that she also had Epstein Barr. As per CDC, the virus is also known as the human herpesvirus 4, a member of the herpes virus family.

"A lot of people do. 90% of people do, but mine was flared up. And the symptoms of that were just like chronic fatigue, just like body aches. And then I'm like, You know what, there's, there's something else wrong. Because I was getting really bad migraines. And I just knew in my gut that there was like something else wrong," she said. "And I have SIBO as well so that I had to be put on antibiotics for SIBO. So I'm on steroids for PANDAS. Okay. And then I'm on antibiotics for SIBO. And then they find out I have Epstein Barr. So then I'm on an anti-viral for Epstein Barr."

Apart from the mentioned diseases, she said doctors found "five different tick-borne illnesses" on her, "mostly Borrelia."

She then shared the story about a psychiatrist she reached out to for her panic attacks and the professional overprescribed her with medications, which caused her body to be dependent on Xanax.

Delilah said she had seizures while on vacation in Greece with her boyfriend Eyal Booker, which lead her to think that she had brain inflammation.

In August, Delilah posted a lengthy message, telling fans that she's going on a social media hiatus to focus on her physical and mental health.

"And that's when I mean, into my Instagram posts like my health is getting scary is because it was actually getting really scary to the point where, like, a girl didn't know what to do. My boyfriend was taking me to the hospital calling ambulances crying, like, just I don't know. It was.. it was a lot," she said.
