The official cast for the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 14 has been announced! Season 13 closed with Kenya Moore, Porsha Williams, Kandi Burruss, and Cynthia Bailey plus two newcomers Drew Sidora and Latoya Ali.
And, we can’t forget “friends” of the show Tanya Sam and Marlo Hampton. Williams and Bailey confirmed their departures earlier this month after much speculation. But who is filling in now?
As of Monday, deals are sealed in, and with that came the announcement of who will be returning and who is filling in those open spaces. Kandi Burruss, Kenya Moore, and Drew Sidora are coming back. Marlo Hampton, a “friend” of the “RHOA” women for way too many seasons to count is officially getting a peach.
Plus former cast member Shereé Whitfield is getting another chance to shine and a newbie, four-time Olympic Gold medalist Sanya Richards-Ross is on board as well. The Blast reported this a while back.
The Olympian is married to former NFL cornerback Aaron Ross and believe it or not, she has dabbled in reality TV in the past. Richards-Ross appeared on her own reality show for WE tv called Sanya’s Glam and Gold that focused on her family and marriage.
What’s Shereé Hawking This Time?
Fans are already expressing excitement on social media that the Atlanta housewives are coming back but some wonder what they can expect from Whitfield who always has some kind of grand scheme up her sleeves. In the past, she has been called out by the ladies and Andy Cohen for her “She By Shereé” clothing line never coming to fruition even though she spent several seasons talking about it.
Then there was Chateau Shereé that was endlessly being built. However, whenever her shady co-stars would drop by to check in all they would do was clown the lack of progress. Obviously, fans are anticipating if this is the house she will be living in during this season. What we do know is her recently released from prison boyfriend Tyrone Gilliams will make an appearance.
There is no doubt the show will miss the presence of Williams who brought most of the life to the show. Even though she announced her departure earlier this month, in true reality star fashion, she has moved on to her own show. Plus, she is still co-host of Bravo Chat Room where she is sure to comment on her former co-star’s behavior.

As for Bailey, she admitted that she was offered a “friend” role and decided to turn it down. She has since gone on to share that she wants to protect her marriage to Mike Hill. Variety reported that fans will no longer see Tanya Sam, Latoya Ali, or Falynn Guobadia all for good reasons.
‘Who Gon’ Check Me, Boo?’
Only time will tell how the season will play out but one thing is for sure, fans will most likely get a new catchphrase from Whitfield who in the past had coined terms like “Who gon’ check me, boo?,” and “Fix that face’.
Plus this could be the first time Hampton and Whitfield will be forced to hang out together again after that season 4 South Africa trip where they yelled gibberish at one another and still manage to offend each other.
