Days after her headline-making ban from TikTok, the renowned social media personality has snagged another major deal with another social media company, Snapchat.

According to Variety, Rae is set to star in an upcoming unscripted Snapchat series titled "Addison Rae Goes Home" that will document her first trip back to Louisiana, her hometown, since she moved to Los Angeles for her career.

In the series, Rae will show fans a more personal side and intimate them with the culture and traditions of her hometown as she interacts with her family members through an unfiltered lens. The series is set to premiere in 2022 and will be produced by Maven.

Although Rae has only 16 million followers on Snapchat compared to the whooping 85 million she has on TikTok, she was selected as part of the multimedia company's new original schedule, including NBA star Steph Curry and pro boxer Ryan Garcia.

About Rae's TikTok Ban

Earlier this week, The Blast reported that the 21-year-old social media personality was banned from TikTok, a platform where is one of the top creators. The "He's All That" star took to Twitter to share the devastating news.

She uploaded a screenshot of a message prompt notifying her that she was banned due to multiple violations of TikTok's community guidelines.

Her post was accompanied by a hilarious caption about her need to get a new job. Rae's announcement received mixed reactions from netizens who couldn't understand why the video-sharing platform would ban one of its biggest names.

Other fans seemed excited by the news and trolled the young star about getting a job at McDonald's. Although Rae has since been reinstated on TikTok, the reason behind her temporary ban hasn't been disclosed.

However, there are rumors that she was banned after posting a video that saw the camera focus on her derriere.
