Megan Fox Previews 'Devil's Daughter' Character for 'Johnny & Clyde'

For a gloomy new character in the upcoming movie Johnny & Clyde, the 35-year-old 'Transformers' actor has modified her style.

On Friday, October 8th, Megan Fox, who plays a criminal manager in the film, flaunted a flowing, silver hairstyle on her Instagram feed. The snapshot was taken on the set of the currently in production flick.

Fox performed a complete 180 after releasing her fierce appearance for The Expendables 4 and dyed her hair platinum blonde, a look we've rarely seen from the Transformers star.

Fox is a modern-day brunette beauty who hasn't strayed from her long brown locks in a long time, but she appears to be entering a new phase.

The sudden shift in Megan Fox's hair is undeniably striking and remarkable. Her almost grey/white hair, which contrasts beautifully with her pale eyes, is still stunning. She tags the shot with a Johnny and Clyde teaser and hints that she'll be playing the devil's daughter in the future flick.

According to reports, Fox would portray a wealthy casino owner who is being robbed by the star-crossed and ill-fated lawbreakers. It's evident that the new version of the iconic pair is departing significantly from the original plot, much like Fox is departing from her usual appearance.

"This is what the devil's daughter looks like," Fox, whose natural dark brown hair was peeking through in her new look, wrote."#JohnnyAndClyde Coming Spring 2022."

In the new thriller, the actress, who made her horror film breakthrough in 2009 with the comedy Jennifer's Body, plays Alana Hart, a criminal leader.

The film is about two eponymic serial killers who are deeply in love and desire to plunder a wealthy casino managed by Fox's character and defended by a demonic slayer she orders, with the title based on the real-life criminal duo "Bonnie and Clyde."

"Megan's character is very dark," co-director and director Tom DeNucci said. "I don't want to give away too much, but visually we wanted her to almost be like a Disney princess, but a messed up, very dark, twisted version of that. Her look is just incredible...this kind of almost evil princess character. I went into a weird kind of Disney path. A lot of that vintage Disney stuff was kind of dark, you know?"

He continued, "I think horror fans can look forward to a Megan Fox that nobody has ever seen before. I'm not going to say anything, but there's something very different about her characteristically, in her appearance, that she's never attempted to put out there before. "

He further said that Megan put forth a wonderful performance.  "Just something that she really, really leaned into. She bought into this philosophy, all this preparation that we've been doing, she really bought into it. It was a pleasure to work with Megan, and we can't wait to showcase this character that she brought to the table."

Tyson Ritter, Vanessa Angel, and  Bail Ling from Preacher are also going to feature in the film, while the names of the individuals who will play Johnny and Clyde have yet to be revealed.
