The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" (RHOBH) is the sixth installment of The Real Housewives franchise that premiered on October 14, 2010. The American TV series has currently aired 11 seasons, and the storyline focuses on women living in Beverly Hills, California, United States.
Garcelle Beauvais and her co-stars are ending the 11th season with a reunion. The wrap-up is a dramatic one, and it was filmed some weeks ago. The 11th season starred personalities like Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, Erika Jayne, and many more.
The current season started on May 19, 2021, and it had some casts from the previous season either as housewives' friends or as guests.
As it stands, Beauvais is confused on whether to return for season 12 of the show or not. Read on to know more about the reunion.
Filming Of The Season 11 Reunion
The sixth installment of The Real Housewives franchise will be hosting a 4-part reunion for the very first time.
Many, including Beauvais, who realized there would be an extra day, were shocked. Beauvais said that the filming was an exhaustive one that lasted a 'long' day.
The reunion's co-host talked about how Andy Cohen didn't hesitate in asking Jayne different questions. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Beauvais also commented that she felt that Cohen asked every cast question that people needed answers to, especially from Jayne.
Jayne had some personal issues outside the American TV series, and it stirred up questions from fellow co-stars and fans. The American singer/actress did her best to answer every question directed to her. It was a long day for the cast.
Garcelle's' Reaction To Erika Jayne's Situation
The narrative of the 11th season focused on Jayne and Thomas Girardi's divorce and Girardi's firm scandal.
She married Girardi in January 2000, and they separated in September 2020. Before Girardi, she was with Thomas Zizzo for five years, from 1991 to 1996. They also had a child.
Beauvais spoke about how Jayne braced herself up during the reunion. In an interview with Page Six, she was asked if she looked at Jayne differently after everything that happened at the reunion? Beauvais confirmed she still feels unhappy for Jayne.
She also said the divorce and scandal were a terrible situation to experience. She still believes she and Jayne are cool with each other, even if the friendship is not as it used to be.
Beauvais also noted that despite all that Jayne experienced, she still did her best. She said she also liked how the TV personality faced her fans. Some co-stars even expressed their confusion about what happened to Jayne.
Beauvais Is Not Sure About Returning
The Haitian actress shared her view on different reactions during the reunion. It was indeed a show that sparked emotions from both co-stars and fans.
She also made it known that she was on the fence about returning to the show. She is hoping to come back, but then, she is not also sure she will.
She said, "I am open to the idea of returning to season 12," emphasizing being able to decide when the time comes. She added that she would love to see someone she can trust added to the cast if she returns.
She then said that apart from having someone close to her on set, she also loves the idea of a former co-star coming back to feature in the 12th season of the reality television series.
Who Should We Be Expecting In The Next Season?
In an interview with People magazine, Beauvais talked about people she would love to see in the next season.
She mentioned names like Denise Richards, an American actress and model, and Shree Fletcher Zampino, Will Smith's ex. She said she would love Fletcher to be a friend on the show.
In an American culture-based talk show called "Watch What Happens Next," Beauvais told Cohen that she was still getting in touch with Richards before announcing that she might return to the show for the next season. However, there is a condition for these people to be added.
Beauvais explained that the condition is that somebody has to leave the show. She said she wasn't sure about the identity, but she won't confirm if the person has the initials "LR," referring to a co-star on the 11th season, Lisa Rinna.
The second edition of the reunion will air in a few days, so watch out.
