Khloé Kardashian Asks People To Be 'More Descriptive' When Talking About True

Khloé Kardashian is doing everything she can to keep her daughter’s confidence intact. The tallest Kardashian baby True Thompson, 3 is often called “big” instead of “tall” and her mom is not happy with the choice of words.

In her Health magazine interview, Kardashian opened up about making sure that people use “more descriptive” words when they speak of her daughter who is noticeably taller than most of her cousins and friends around her age.

Kardashian admits that she is quick to correct people who say things like “she’s so big” when referring to the daughter she shares with basketball player Tristan Thompson. Instead, she encourages them to say something like, “Oh, she’s so tall.”

Kardashian shared that for too long she was treated as lesser than her sisters because her features did not match her more petite older sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian. However, working out and owning her body has helped her exude the confidence she was missing in her teens and twenties.

She knows it is her responsibility to teach her daughter confidence and it can be tough out there for taller girls too. After all, not all of them are models, right. “I try to make them be more descriptive. I know what an adult means when they say that, but I don’t want her to misinterpret that.”

It is obvious that True was going to be tall. Her mom is 5’10 and her dad is 6’9 the chances of her being under 5’8 are slim and that is OK! However, Kardashian has shared in the past that she has seen negative comments about her daughter and refuses to take them lightly.

In Health she admitted that food was an issue for her because of how society and even people around her would judge her body, so she is not taking it lightly now that she is a mom, especially of a girl. “When it comes to food–I had so many issues. It wasn’t from one person, I guess just from society or how people critiqued my body. So, I don’t play when it comes to True.”

Plus, let’s be honest True takes after her dad quite a bit. We see KoKo in there, but Thompson’s features stand out so her height knows no bounds at this point.

It was only just in Spring, the 38-year-old felt the need to address some of the hate she had seen floating around the web about her looks, yet again. “‘Khloé is the fat sister.’ ‘Khloé is the ugly sister.’ ‘Her dad must not be her real dad because she looks so different,’ she said of the rumors of OJ Simpson being her father and not Robert Kardashian Sr.

‘The only way she could have lost that weight must have been from surgery,” she continued to mock the haters. “You never quite get used to being judged and pulled apart and told how unattractive one is, but I will say if you hear anything enough then you will start to believe it."

The reality star shared that this hate speech is not okay anymore. “This is how I have been conditioned to feel, that I am not beautiful enough just being me.” The Good American co-founder has always had to fight to maintain her confidence.

She insists that she does not want her daughter to have to do the same.
