Jeannie Mai Reveals Sonogram Of Her And Jeezy's Baby

Jeannie Mai and Jeezy have been together for several years now, as they have emerged as one of social media's favorite couples. Last month, it was revealed that the two are expecting their first child together, as both broke the news on social media. Jeezy shared photos on Instagram, while Mai made her first announcement on 'The Real,' where he is one of the co-hosts.

In one of Mai's latest pregnancy posts on social media, she took to Instagram over the weekend, to reveal the sonogram of her and Jeezy's baby, to the world. She even asked for advise from her 2.6 million followers, on tips on managing sleep and mood swings, during this pregnancy.

"I can’t believe how quickly time flies.. this was Baby J back at only 6 oz!! Now at 6 months today, I’m all ears about what to expect these last 13 weeks. Back in March, Jeezy and Jeannie went on to tie the knot, in a ceremony, in the rapper's hometown of Atlanta. This wasn't too big of an event, capacity wise, as close friends and family members, were in attendance.

“We were really looking forward to having all of our friends and family there to celebrate,” Jeannie said to Vogue, at the time. “But we had to change all of our wedding plans due to COVID. After Jeezy’s mother unexpectedly passed, we quickly learned that life is too short. And at the end of the day, Jeezy and I really just wanted to become husband and wife. So we decided to turn our original wedding into a mini-mony, where we exchanged our vows in front of our immediate family and a few close friends.”

Jeannie ended up revealing that she and Jeezy found out about their pregnancy, a week after their wedding ceremony. She confirmed that this was the case, to Women's Health.

“Jeezy and I have been kind of saving this and hiding this for five months. So, we're relieved to finally share the news.”

Jeannie also revealed that she and Jeezy had been trying to have a child before the marriage. This did happen, but unfortunately, the couple received devastating news, that Jeannie suffered a miscarriage.

"I wondered if I was being punished. I wondered if I’d jinxed myself or cursed myself," said Jeannie. "My entire life, I never wanted children. When I say never, I’m talking a hard-stop never." 

Thankfully, it appears that Jeannie and Jeezy are now experiencing a healthy pregnancy, as fans can't wait to be introduced to their child.
