Jade Thirlwall Can't Believe Leigh-Anne Pinnock's Twins Are Real After Meeting Them!

Little Mix has grown by three new members in the last few months, and Jade Thirlwall truly can’t believe it’s all real.

The girl group, which went from four members to three members last December, has expanded its brood by three little babies.

Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock announced they were both expecting babies in May.

Perrie announced she gave birth to a baby boy, Axel, on August 21, while Leigh-Anne announced she had given birth to TWINS on the same day.

Needless to say, this new chapter in Little Mix’s world is going to be the best one yet.

Of course, there’s still one band member unaccounted for and that’s Jade, who has taken on the role of “cool aunty.”

The British singer has been nothing but supportive of her bandmates, and has gotten to see two different pregnancy journeys unravel right before her very eyes.

Jade recently caught up with Glamour to dish on what being an ‘aunty’ to Perrie and Leigh-Anne’s kiddos.

The pop star revealed that she got to meet the twins last month, but has yet to meet Perrie’s little one.

“I went to see Leigh last week and met the twins who are so beautiful, they just slept the whole time – but you know what, it was so weird because all I’ve ever known is being round the girls and it being us and just us,” Jade recalled.

It's the first time the realization is hitting Jade that these babies are real, and that they’re not going anywhere.

“And for the first time it's actually dawning on us that they’ve had children – actually seeing them there in front of us, like they’re real; it wasn’t a prop,” she explained.

I mean she has a point about them being props. They were kind of like props while filming the group’s music videos.

Jade compared having the baby bumps appear in different videos to a “fun little act.”

She added, “I don’t know why but in my head I kind of just didn’t think it was real or like – every time we’d been doing a music video we’d base it around their pregnancies, so every character we’d play in a music video would revolve around them being pregnant as well. It was almost like a fun little act that we were doing.”

Perrie and Leigh are mommas and their trio has become a six-some!
