Clare Crawley refuses to "stay down" after her breakup with her on-again, off-again fiancé Dale Moss.
The 40-year-old Bachelorette alum got candid about her recent breakup from the 33-year-old former football wide receiver in a post shared to her Instagram story on Saturday, as per Page Six.
Raw Emotions
Crawley posted a video of herself walking her dog and added a note that said:
"It takes a lot to bring me to my knees but d*mn this week has pushed me to that point.”
The reality star gave an update about her emotional state after the split. She told followers that she's doing her best to move forward and that she's putting herself first and refusing to "stay down."
"I'll be dammed if I let it all take me out," she noted. "So amidst all this, I'm taking steps even if they are small."
She added, "I will feed myself the right food, drink some water and handle it the best I know how."
Loving The Support

The hairdresser also thanked her online supporters for the unending support they gave her since officially ending her relationship with Moss in late September.
"I want you to know the messages of support + love from my Insta fam haven't gone unnoticed," Crawley wrote at the bottom of her post.
Finding Love

Fans knew that Crawley fell in love with Moss on their first meeting. The two were contestants on the ABC dating show's 16th season. The love at first sight encounter also led to some major changes on the show.
The athlete stole her heart, and from there, she knew that she wasn't going to waste time dating the other men.
"Every other guy I felt confident with, but with Dale, everything else went dark around me," she said. In the 4th episode of Season 16, the TV star announced that she had to leave the show for love.
"It was breathtaking. It was one of those moments where you don't know it until you experience it, what exactly that feeling is," Crawley told Us Weekly. "I still can't put it into words what that feeling is though. It was when your body has that kind of, like, a goosebumpy reaction to things; it just takes your breath away."
Failed Engagement

Crawley and Moss got engaged just after two weeks of knowing each other. Unfortunately, their relationship didn't last very long. According to People, the couple broke up early this year.
"I wanted to share with you all that Clare and I have decided to go our separate ways. We appreciate the love and support we've received from so many people, but this is the healthiest decision for both of us at this time," Moss wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post.
"We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself -- something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives," he continued. "We only hope the best things for one another."
Apparently, their first split didn't last long either. After a month, the pair reunited in Florida. The two decided to give their relationship another chance, as per Cheat Sheet.
Moss and Crawley got engaged for the second time around, but their engagement failed as they decided to break up again. Sources say it's for good this time.
