Mark Consuelos Calls Kelly Ripa His 'Dance Partner In Life' In Sweet 51st Birthday Tribute

Mark Consuelos is just as in love with his wife Kelly Ripa today as he was the day they got married. The Riverdale star celebrated his wife’s 51st birthday with a loving post on his Instagram page accompanied by a few cute snaps of the happily married duo.

Consuelos wasn’t afraid to get mushy about Ripa, who he has been married to for over 20 years.

“Happy Birthday to my best friend, lover, confidant. My dance partner in life. My forever girl,” he said of the talk show host.

“For all the important days we’ve missed being together over many years, I’m so grateful to spend this special day with you. I love you, Happy Birthday amore’, M.”  The actor acknowledged how hard the industry can be on marriage, which is probably why so many don’t last.

The emotional message featured a few snaps of the couple looking to be authentically enjoying themselves together at an undisclosed location with a beautiful sunset in the background.

In one photo Ripa leans into her husband and smiles with closed eyes. The second photo featured the couple touching noses. The rest of the photos in true Kelly fashion feature them confused and getting snapped by the timed camera, unready.

Of course, the last photo features them laughing off their brain fart. The All My Children actor chases after Ripa in the last photo like a bunch of teenagers in love! they trample through the sand looking like they are just about to fall over.

After 25 years of marriage, to be this in love takes a lot of work. Back in September, while guest-hosting on Live With Kelly & Ryan, Consuelos shared that he and Ripa make it a point to use their “sexy time” to hash out any negativity lingering between them.

The couple share three children who are basically almost identical copies of their parents. Michael, 24, Lola, 20, and Joaquin, 18, who, love how “in love” their parents are but wish they could keep it to themselves a little more.

Ripa shared a cringe-y story of Lola walking in on her and Consuelos in the middle of “sexy time” in 2019, so yeah, not like when she was a kid or something and her brain would have time to somehow wipe details from her memory but when she was 18 and fully aware of the birds and the bees. It must have been after they hashed out any negative vibes because she couldn’t get out of the room faster.

Their son Michael has also had about enough of how in love they are as well. “I’m a pretty reserved and private guy, and I think that’s the very reason why, because I’ve seen this nonsense, and I want no part of this,” he said in an interview in August.

Consuelos also celebrated his wife’s birthday earlier in the week on a special episode of the popular daytime talk show. The two fed one another cake and kissed. The audience got to enjoy the celebration as well clapping and praising Ripa along with her husband.

Seeing how much fun these two like to have, the chances are they will be celebrating the talk show host’s birthday all weekend long!
