Britney Spears Buying A Home With Sam Asghari After Conservatorship Ends

Britney Spears is moving on with her life -- literally -- after the 13-year conservatorship comes to an end, and buying a house with her new fiance, Sam Asghari.

According to reports, the 'Toxic' singer and her fiance are ready to start their new life together and as soon as she is allowed to make the move, they will leave her current home in Los Angeles. Obviously, Sam and Britney will want to live together once they are married, but at this point, she can't do either one.

As we reported, Britney's conservatorship doesn't allow for her to sign any contracts without the approval of her conservator and the judge in her case. In other words, buying a new house AND a marriage contract is out of the question. But, the court has just tossed her father from the case and is possibly dismissing it entirely in November.

Sources close to the couple say the two of them want to take their relationship to the next level and get married and move in together ASAP. As we said, Britney is going to wait until she is in full control of her finances before making the moves.

As for why Sam doesn't just move into Britney's massive estate she is currently living in? The answer is simple...Britney has too many bad memories from this home where she was controlled during the entire conservatorship. Inside the house, the pop star felt like she was being held hostage, so fleeing the house makes a lot of sense.

Britney and Sam are apparently looking for a house that is closer to the Hollywood/Los Angeles area. The pop star's current residence is about an hour's drive north of the city.  As for how much she is willing to spend on the new property, well, she is worth over $60 million so it shouldn't be an issue!

Also, Britney's fans got a glimpse of how bad it might have been inside her home during her father's reign. The pop star's legal team alleged her dad actually worked with a security team to record inside her private bedroom. According to a recent filing, Britney's lawyer claimed Jamie Spears and his "cohorts" secretly "captured audio recording of Britney’s bedroom, including private communications with her children.”

The stunning allegations accused Mr. Spears of engaging "in horrifying and unconscionable invasions of his adult daughter’s privacy." Britney's legal team called it "an intense surveillance apparatus that monitored [Ms. Spears’s] communications’ and also evidently captured attorney-client communications with her prior lawyer, which communications are a sacrosanct part of the legal system.”

Again, you can see why Britney wants to get out of the home as soon as she can purchase a new one.

As we reported, Britney and Sam are currently on a tropical vacation where she decided to celebrate her freedom from her father by posting a montage of nude photos. That's right, Britney if feeling VERY free and shared on Instagram a few full-naked pictures of herself -- with a little bit of coverage to make it legal for the social media platform.
