The Cast of ‘The West Wing’ Just Reunited to Get You to Vote

The West Wing cast reunites

The Bartlet administration wants politicians to let America vote.

The cast of “The West Wing” reunited (!!!) and partnered with Now This for a video spotlighting GOP efforts to suppress voting rights, particularly for the disenfranchised, and encouraged viewers to get out there and vote.

The video includes nearly every major player from Aaron Sorkin’s hit political drama — Martin Sheen, Allison Janney, Bradley Whitford, Dulé Hill, Jimmy Smits, Richard Schiff, Mary McCormack and Janel Moloney all got together for the project.

We are SO excited about seeing this *amazing* cast together again (seriously, a few of us are losing our 💩) but we shouldn’t overlook the message.

READ: this was not just for our pure delight.

Janney posted the video on Twitter saying, “We can’t sit on the sidelines while politicians suppress voting rights.”

President Jed Bartlet, C.J. Cregg, Josh Lyman, Toby Ziegler, Charlie Young, Donna Moss, Kate Harper and President Matt Santos know a thing or two about running the government. Just sayin’ …
