Will Smith has been popular lately with his upcoming memoir and feature in King Richard.

King Richard will feature Smith as Richard Williams and revolve around how he put his daughters onto the path of sports stardom.

The movie will be released in theatres on November 19th, 2021, and also on HBO Max.

It already had a premiere at the Telluride film festival on September 2nd and will feature in several other film festivals.

Warner Bros released information on the film that reveals how the movie shines a spotlight on Williams’s dedication to his family and daughters.

Critics on Rotten Tomatoes and MetaCritic have applauded the film and accorded high ratings and generally favorable reviews.

Some of the remaining cast of King Richard include Saniyya Sidney and Demi Singleton as Venus and Serena Williams, Oracene Williams as their mother, and Tony Goldwyn as Paul Cohen.

In an interview with the sisters, they shared that they think their actresses captured their essence.

During Smith's interview, he said that playing Williams was an honor as he believes the man was perfect when it came to his beliefs and passion for his family.
