Iguanas are falling from the sky in Florida!

In St. Petersburg, there have been record low temperatures recorded.

Believe it or not, iguanas are actually an invasive species.

Still, they’ve made themselves at home in the trees of South Florida.

When the weather drops below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, it gets too cold for them.

They go into suspended animation and fall from the trees.

Thus, it’s raining iguanas.

Fortunately, they usually perk back up when the sun comes out and warm weather returns.

Unfortunately, West Palm Beach just saw the coldest morning on record in 12 years!
