Vanessa Bryant’s invasion-of-privacy lawsuit against los Angeles County has come to an end.

After a 11-day trial, the jury ruled in favour of Vanessa and her co-plaintiff Chris Chester.

The jury awarded $31 million in damages to be shared between Vanessa and Chester.

The widow of Kobe Bryant would receive a total of $16 million.

She would be paid $10 million from the Sheriff’s department for past and future emotional suffering.

The fire department would award her an additional $6 million for past and future emotional suffering.

On the other hand, Chester would receive $9 million from the Sheriff’s department for past and future emotional suffering

He would also get $6 million from the fire department.

Vanessa broke her silence on the verdict, writing, “JUSTICE for Kobe and Gigi!”
