Two police officers in Los Angeles chose playing Pokémon Go over their jobs.

In April 2017, two officers were in a patrol car discussing the game.

They talked about the best way to catch a Snorlax and a Tegetic.

However, they both got a call about a nearby robbery in progress.

According to court documents, one officer said, “Ah, screw it.”

The two then continued their discussion about Pokémon.

They also drove around for 20 minutes trying to catch more Pokémon.

They were fired for their “unprofessional and embarrassing” misconduct.

Last Friday, an appeals court upheld the decision to fire both officers.
