Chrissy Teigen proved just how mean and vile social media can be.
Earlier this week, the former “Sports Illustrated” model shared the heartbreaking story about getting a lifesaving abortion in 2020.
The Blast reported on Teigen’s appearance at the “A Day of Unreasonable Conversation” convention held by social awareness agency Propper Daley.
The former “Lip Sync Battle” co-host admitted that it was only recently that she realized “abortion” was the word she needed to use for the situation she was in.
Following her vulnerable speech at the convention, Teigen’s Twitter feed was inundated with endless disturbing and vile messages.
“She was in her drunk days when she made that decision….. the horrible s**t she has to deal with when she is sober now,” a person replied.
One person wrote, “I thought we cancelled her,” while another wrote, “She’s such a drama queen.”
“Sounds like it was a miscarriage but she wants to stay relevant. AND they’re using her story to fit their narrative. At the end of the day, idgaf,” yet another person replied.
Many others accused her of lying and being undeserving of having children.
