Trevor Noah is best known as the host of Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show.” He took over hosting duties from Jon Stewart in 2015.

He purchased a Bel-Air mansion for $27.5 million nine months ago, and has now listed the home for sale for $29.75 million.

Homes in the Bel-Air area have an average price tag of around $4.05 million, but this neighborhood features star power from neighboring Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé, and Jay-Z.

The 11,375 square foot Japanese-style home was originally built by LA architect Mark Rios who was inspired by homes he visited while he was in Japan.

Several of the house's key features include six bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, an impressive wine room, an expansive gym, and a rooftop terrace that can be converted into a screening room.

It also includes a luxurious steam room, large pool, and Japanese-style spa, complete with massage tables and changing rooms. Noah has also added an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and club room.

Many fans questioned how Noah could afford so many lavish properties. He had previously sold another Bel-Air property in 2019 and made a $1.2 million dollar profit selling it a year later.

Noah has a combined net worth of approximately $100 million due to his sold-out comedy tours, bestselling books, and production deals. He also makes an annual salary of $16 million from hosting “The Daily Show.”

He is currently in the middle of his “Back to Abnormal” world tour, which wraps up in December 2021.
