Jay-Z holds the record as the highest Grammy nominee with 83 nominations.
The rapper was previously tied with Quincy Jones with 80 votes.
Jay-Z's first three nominations were in 1999.
Noah was seen partying at Miami Beach in Florida following his breakup with Minka Kelly.
Also present at the Goodtime Hotel were Bella Thorne and DJ Steve Aoki.
