Travis Scott can breathe a faint sigh of relief.

The “Sicko Mode” rapper is approaching the one-year anniversary of his deadly Astroworld Festival.

On November 5, 2021, Travis held his highly anticipated “Astroworld Festival” in Houston, TX at NRG Park.

The show turned deadly as the massive sea of fans surged toward the main stage in turn crushing and suffocating 10 concertgoers.

One family of an Astroworld victim has gotten some sense of closure and justice.

The family of Axel Acosta reached a settlement with Travis out of court after suing the rapper, Live Nation and others.

This is the first known settlement of all the lawsuits filed against Travis, Live Nation, Drake and more.

Acosta’s family attorney, Tony Buzbee, said the terms of the settlement are confidential.

Acosta’s family wants people to remember him as a “beloved son, brother and student.”
