Adrienne Bailon is opening up more about the birth of her newborn son, Ever.

“The Real” co-host explained that she was literally in the thick of things when her son came into the world.

Bailon was there to give a helping hand, literally, to her surrogate.

“I actually got a chance to pull him out,” she explained.

What’s more, Bailon and her husband, Israel Houghton, were able to make the already intimate moment even more intimate by having an at-home birth.

She wanted to give her surrogate the “support” of a home birth.

Bailon’s mom and sister were also in the room.

“Obviously, with COVID protocols and all those kinds of things, you’re limited to how many people can be in the room [at a hospital],” she explained.

“With the home birth you don’t have those limitations.”
