Tim Allen claims ABC and Disney are 'a little disappointed' with Pamela Anderson's memory.

He said, "Everybody loved her, but everybody at ABC is a little disappointed in her memory, put it that way."

The comedian made the statement days after an excerpt from the actress' memoir alleged that he flashed his penis at her on the set of "Home Improvement."

Allen has since denied the claims in a statement to Variety.

"No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing," he said.

Anderson recently stated that she is sure Allen "had no bad intentions."

In a separate statement, she said the incident should never have happened.

The actress' memoir, Love, Pamela, debuted on Tuesday, January 31.

Her Netflix documentary "Pamela: A Love Story" debuted on the same day.
