Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins died at 50, leaving the band ‘devastated’.

Survived by his wife and three children, Hawkins is being missed by the music industry as the tributes pour in.

While Jake Busey remembered him as a “cool dude”, Katie Couric wrote, “This is such heartbreaking news.”

Travis Barker wrote a eulogy on Instagram, “I don’t have the words. Sad to write this or to never see you again.”

Ozzy Osbourne wrote, “My heart, my love, and my condolences go out to his wife, his children, his family, his band, and his fans.”

Lead guitarist of GunsNRoses, Slash also expressed his grief, writing, “I've no words to express all the feelings I have about his passing.”

Other condolences came from Machine Gun Kelly, Ringo Starr, and The Slashing Pumpkins.

Foo Fighters were on a South America tour and their last performance happened earlier this week in Argentina.

They were supposed to perform in Colombia this Friday but their performance was canceled shortly before the band broke this news on social media.
