The house where singer Aaron Carter tragically died is sold for about $750,000, awaiting approval from an L.A. judge.

A Lancaster, California couple has agreed to buy the house, as revealed in probate case documents.

The sale is an "All Cash" deal with a deposit of $22,050 and will be sold "AS IS," potentially indicating a flip or fixer-upper scenario.

Carter put the house up for sale about a month before his death and was found deceased in the master bathroom by a housekeeper.

The house comes with a fully remodelled bathroom where Carter was found.

The singer's outstanding debt on the house is unknown, but proceeds from the sale will go into a trust for his 1-year-old son, Prince.

In 2019, Carter proudly announced the purchase of the house, his first in California.

Carter's death was ruled accidental; he drowned under the influence of an aerosol duster and Xanax.

Toxicology reports identified "difluoroethane," a gas found in air spray cleaners and compressed air cans, in his system.

The house needs approval from a probate case judge for the real estate deal to be finalized.
