Taylor Swift fans are not too happy with a judge’s ruling on the “Shake It Off” lawsuit.

Swift released the song “Shake It Off” in 2014.

She was accused of plagiarism in 2017 by the writers of “Playas Gon’ Play.”

They claim Swift stole their line “Players gonna play” and “Haters gonna hate.”

The judge said that the case will move on to be decided by a jury of Swift’s peers.

However, fans are insulted that the case even made its way to court.

“It’s literally 3 words,” one fan wrote, noting how often they appear in 90s hip hop.

“It has a totally different rhythm and melody,” another fan pointed out.

Another fan quoted Swift’s lyrics directly: “I swear I don’t love the drama, it loves me.”
