Usually, a superman exercise is recommended to help strengthen back muscles.

That being said, pregnant women can’t exactly lie comfortably on their stomach.

Therefore, Sydney recommends doing a bird dog exercise.

She demonstrated getting into all fours and lifting her left leg and right arm.

She said it’s important to flex your back muscles but not overarch your back.

Sydney has completed over 200 workouts while she’s been pregnant.
