Sharon Osbourne has recounted the details of her March 2021 firing from "The Talk."

"I was thinking to myself: This is gonna be it?" she said.

The tv personality was let go after a controversial incident that led to her being accused of racism.

Osbourne said that the accusations destroyed her credibility in America.

Osbourne opted not to sue the showrunners as she did not want to spend time in court.

The tv personality also denied rumors that she received a massive payout.

She has no plans to reconcile with her former colleague Sheryl underwood, who played a part in the incident that led to her dismissal.

"Never. No. Never ever," she said.

Osbourne's docuseries, "Sharon Osbourne: To Hell & Back," debuts on Monday.
