The Sesame Street theme park is facing a class action lawsuit.

Quinton Burns says he went to Sesame Street Philadelphia on June 18.

He says he and his daughter bought tickets to attend “Meet and Greets” with the characters.

However, he says that he and other black families were ignored by the costumed performers.

In the court documents, he alleges that employees seemed happy to engage with white customers.

Burns has filed a $25 million class action lawsuit against the theme park.

This is a separate incident from the one that went viral earlier this month.

Leslie Mac posted a viral video of her daughter being snubbed by “Rosita.”

She has hired an attorney and has floated the idea of pursuing legal action of her own.
