Sebastian Stan recently opened up about the effects of his grueling pre role weight loss plan on his health.

Stan played Tommy Lee, the drummer of Mötley Crüe in “Pam & Tommy.”

He said the intense diet plans and exercise programs set off a feeling of body dysmorphia in him.

Stan said anyone fit had body dysmorphia to an extent.

He said the body could be at its peak for around a week after a grueling workout plan.

“Pam & Tommy” followed the lives of the famous couple and their sex tape leak scandal.

Stan said he was treated differently with tattoos and piercings.

Several other actors struggled with challenging work out and diet plans for movie roles.

Channing Tatum almost tired out down his role in “Magic Mike 3” because of how much shaping up was needed.
