“Schitt’s Creek” creator and star, Dan Levy, wants Instagram to go back to the good ole days of just photos.

Last month, both Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner made a public stink about the fact that Instagram is becoming more video based like TikTok.

Over the weekend, Levy made a public video denouncing the social platform.

“So, I know there’s a lot of people complaining about Instagram like just being videos. Um, I’m just gonna contribute a little bit,” Levy started off.

“I used to love Instagram being picture exclusive because when I was on Zooms, I’d be able to scroll through Instagram silently and distract myself.”

He explained that now he gets caught being on his phone thanks to videos popping up.

“Now, I’m getting caught because every time I scroll through Instagram there’s like someone’s voice or a loud bang or a sound.”

He then made a plea to “go back to like being able to distract ourselves while doing other things like in silence.”

As for turning his phone on silent… “All those people that are like, ‘You can turn your phone on silent.’ That’s not the point.”
